Wood bulitas Processing Plant Process
(Process to make more money)

  Wood Material: Wood log, Wood chip, Wood Trunk, atbp
 Moisture: 45-50% depends on the weather situation.
 Step 1: Use wood chipper(disc type/drum type) to chip into 30-50mm
 Step 2: Primary Hammer Mill (change the chips to smaller size 10-20mm)
 Step 3: Three Pass Rotary Dryer (To dry the smaller size of Wood Chips to 18% moisture )
•  Step 4: Secondary Hammer Mill (To make sure the saw dust size will be lower than 5mm)
 Step 5: Pelleting and Cooling Station: Process the saw dust into size 8mm diameter and 20-40mm adjustable length pellets.

Straw Pellet Processing Plant Process
( Economical Feasible process) 

•  Raw Material: Corn Straw, mirasol dayami, batad dayami, paddy straw, atbp
•  Moisture: dried natually to 25% moisture roughly
•  Step 1: Use grinder(tub grinder type) to grinde into 6--125mm
•  Hakbang 2: Pangunahing Hammer Mill (palitan ang sukat sa mas maliit na sukat mas mababa sa 10mm)
•  Hakbang 3: pelleting and Cooling Station: Iproseso ang nakita dust sa laki ng 8mm lapad at 20-40mm adjustable haba pellets.

EFB Pellet Processing Plant Process

•    Raw Material: EFB
• Ang   Moisture: 50-55% depends on the previous process
  (whether EFB screw press is used)
•  Step 1: Use chipper(drum type) to shorten the size into 30-50mm
•  Step 2: Belt Dryer (To dry the EFB fiber to 18% moisture and oil content can be lowered down )
•  Step 3: Secondary Hammer Mill (To make sure the saw dust size will be lower than 5mm)
•  Step 4: Mixer (to mix the wood saw dust with EFB fiber to lower down S Content.
•  Step 5: Pelleting and Cooling Station: Process the saw dust into size 8mm diameter and 20-40mm adjustable length pellets.
