Proses Wood Pellet Plant Processing
(Process to make more money)

  Bahan Kayu: log Wood, Serpihan kayu, Wood Trunk, dan lain-lain
 Moisture: 45-50% depends on the weather situation.
 Step 1: Use wood chipper(disc type/drum type) to chip into 30-50mm
 Step 2: Primary Hammer Mill (change the chips to smaller size 10-20mm)
 Step 3: Three Pass Rotary Dryer (To dry the smaller size of Wood Chips to 18% moisture )
•  Step 4: Secondary Hammer Mill (To make sure the saw dust size will be lower than 5mm)
 Step 5: Pelleting and Cooling Station: Process the saw dust into size 8mm diameter and 20-40mm adjustable length pellets.

Proses jerami Pellet Plant Processing
( Economical Feasible process) 

•  Bahan mentah: jagung jerami, jerami bunga matahari, sekoi jerami, jerami padi, dan lain-lain
•  Moisture: dried natually to 25% moisture roughly
•  Step 1: Use grinder(tub grinder type) to grinde into 6--125mm
•  Langkah 2: Primary Hammer Mill (menukar saiz untuk saiz yang lebih kecil kurang daripada 10mm)
•  Langkah 3: menggentel dan penyejukan Station: Proses habuk kayu ke dalam diameter saiz 8mm dan 20-40mm pelet panjang boleh laras.

•    Bahan mentah: EFB
•   Moisture: 50-55% depends on the previous process
  (whether EFB screw press is used)
•  Step 1: Use chipper(drum type) to shorten the size into 30-50mm
•  Step 2: Belt Dryer (To dry the EFB fiber to 18% moisture and oil content can be lowered down )
•  Step 3: Secondary Hammer Mill (To make sure the saw dust size will be lower than 5mm)
•  Step 4: Mixer (to mix the wood saw dust with EFB fiber to lower down S Content.
•  Step 5: Pelleting and Cooling Station: Process the saw dust into size 8mm diameter and 20-40mm adjustable length pellets.
