(Process to make more money)
• ವುಡ್ ವಸ್ತು: ವುಡ್ ಲಾಗ್ ವುಡ್ ಚಿಪ್ಸ್, ವುಡ್ ಟ್ರಂಕ್, ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ
• Moisture: 45-50% depends on the weather situation.
• Step 1: Use wood chipper(disc type/drum type) to chip into 30-50mm
• Step 2: Primary Hammer Mill (change the chips to smaller size 10-20mm)
• Step 3: Three Pass Rotary Dryer (To dry the smaller size of Wood Chips to 18% moisture )
• Step 4: Secondary Hammer Mill (To make sure the saw dust size will be lower than 5mm)
• Step 5: Pelleting and Cooling Station: Process the saw dust into size 8mm diameter and 20-40mm adjustable length pellets.

• ರಾ ಮೆಟೀರಿಯಲ್: ಕಾರ್ನ್ ಸ್ಟ್ರಾ, ಸೂರ್ಯಕಾಂತಿ ಹುಲ್ಲು, ಹುಲ್ಲು ಹುಲ್ಲು, ಭತ್ತ ಹುಲ್ಲು, ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ
• Moisture: dried natually to 25% moisture roughly
• Step 1: Use grinder(tub grinder type) to grinde into 6--125mm
• ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಹ್ಯಾಮರ್ ಮಿಲ್: ಹಂತ 2 (10mm ಕಡಿಮೆ ಸಣ್ಣ ಗಾತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಗಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಲು)
• ಹಂತ 3: Pelleting ಮತ್ತು ಕೂಲಿಂಗ್ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣ: ಗಾತ್ರ 8 ಮಿಮಿ ವ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು 20-40mm ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ ಉದ್ದ ಗೋಲಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಗರಗಸದ ಧೂಳಿನ ಪ್ರೋಸಸ್.

Operation Moisture: 50-55% depends on the previous process

• Step 1: Use chipper(drum type) to shorten the size into 30-50mm
• Step 2: Belt Dryer (To dry the EFB fiber to 18% moisture and oil content can be lowered down )
• Step 3: Secondary Hammer Mill (To make sure the saw dust size will be lower than 5mm)
• Step 4: Mixer (to mix the wood saw dust with EFB fiber to lower down S Content.
• Step 5: Pelleting and Cooling Station: Process the saw dust into size 8mm diameter and 20-40mm adjustable length pellets.
